A few questions first. Do you wonder where the jury went? Do you wonder where your rights went? Have you ever thought about how much money is taken in on a daily basis through the courts? Have you ever considered how court decisions have led to governments cashing in on the action. Have you noticed new laws are continually being added?
Finally have you had enough? Personally I do not believe I know anyone that has not been a victim of this business at one time or another. Peace Officers have become Law Enforcement Officers. Cash is King as they say.
The saddest part of all of this is most people accept all of it without question. Then wonder where the militarization of governments and police is coming from, and at the same time go out and wave the flag, how dumb is this.
To have good government, government must have, fear of the people. Does it look to you like the government fears the people any longer?
Here is what I believe, the people have been so dumb-ed down they are afraid of they're own shadows. The governments have nothing to fear, because of it.
The people were forewarned of these events by the founding fathers who brought about thier freedom to begin with. They also instructed the people as to what would be required to keep they're freedoms.
Have you ever seen judges enter pleas of( not quilty) for people that challendge the courts jurisdictions, the law and truth is a judge can only do this if a jury is present.
So much for the law, were talking businesses now, not courts. Were talking force of arms, not freedom. For the few brave souls that that understand, give me liberty or give me death, cowards don't want to understand this.
There are a few things open to you. Civil actions against those violating your human rights. Be sure to pick and choose the battle here, a big one that's worth the time and effort. I will give you the keys.
First key, never accommodate the legal name it's not you. You are a human being with a family name, the businesses (courts) I am writing about have created a seperate entity called the, legal person.
Second key, the court has become a business, you do not have to, do business with them.
Third key, do not sign anything, the best in most cases is to write, not contracting. Doing these three things keeps you out of the trap, and puts you in a position of suing for damages in civil court. for (human rights violations), yes we still have them, hidden but we still have them.
Civil court is not a court of business.Want your country back? Take it back! Send shock waves through the system that is most responsible for taking a free nation and through perversion of the law making slaves of it's people.
When enough of these business people(judges, prosecutors, government agencies) get sued legally, lawfully and rightfully so, the rest just might start to come to their senses taking profits away from them and putting risks of losing everything is a great motivator.
It's been said and it's true, evil needs nothing more to flourish than for the righteous to sit back and do nothing.
