Terrorists Must be Tried in International Court of Justice

Terrorists must be tried in International Court of Justice

We must accept that terrorists are not enemies of one country, but they are enemies of all the countries or we must accept that they are enemies of the whole mankind and therefore, as and when they are identified and caught they must be tried in International Court of Justice and not by a Court established in a particular country.  In a recent event some terrorists have been identified by government of India and they are asking government of Pakistan to hand over those terrorists to India, but Pakistan is stating they shall be trying those terrorists in their own country and shall not hand over the accused to India.  Some countries are supporting the stand taken by Pakistan.  Therefore, there are chances that Pakistan shall not hand over those terrorists to India and if there is some trial in Pakistan, India shall not be accepting the final decision in these cases because some favours shall be done and India shall have to reject the verdict.

Therefore, time has come when we should accept that terrorists are not enemies of one country, but they are enemies of the whole world, of all the governments and the whole mankind and therefore, time has come when these people should be brought before International Court of Justice and the complainant country must be given opportunity to produce evidence.  It shall also be required that the UN must establish a police force who should collect evidence and prepare the case for trial before the court.  This is the only solution.

We have noted that some people in every country are helping the terrorists and they are providing shelter and all information to the terrorists and thus they are able to carry out their plans in a strange country.  These local people should also be identified and they too should be placed before the International Court of Justice because they too are enemies of the whole mankind and they are encouraging the terrorists and their activities.

These are the points on which the whole world must have give thoughts and they must come out with suggestions so that the International Body must take these suggestion in mind while finally deciding on this matter.  We are already late and had we took decision in time, the things would have not been allowed to worsen as are at present.
