GPS navigation incorporates maps of different countries thus helping the car owners or mobile phone users to be on the right track while making a journey. While driving a GPS-enabled car, you are informed about alternate routes if you get stuck in a traffic jam. It also guides you to the nearest restaurants, gas stations and other points of interest.
Many of them come with internal GPS navigation system, while some models can be loaded with handheld devices that can be mounted right on the dashboard. Coming onto the GPS enabled mobile phones, like a navigation system, GPS mobile phones are very helpful in getting step-by-step direction towards a destination. The main advantage here is that it has got re-routing potential. When the user moves towards a wrong direction, the GPS mobile phone warns him/her about that and helps him/her in guiding towards the right destination.
