HP Veer Set to be Successor to the Popular Palm Pixi

The high number of phones that are being launched every single day in the high-end smartphone industry is something that makes everyone think that the mid-range smartphone industry has been totally forgone. The HP Veer is the phones that will be making everyone think the faucet since it is a midrange smartphone that is extremely attractive to buy and to own. Due to the presence of a number of mid-range smartphones, there is the possibility of this phone being missed in the crowd of mid-range smartphones. However, HP Veer has ensured that this will not be happening since it will be coming with a unique styling.
The HP Veer will be coming with a touch screen display, but that is not where the features of the phone end. It will be continuing with the capacitive technology that is employed in the screen and also to the 2.6 inch touch screen display, which makes use of the resolution of 320 x 400 pixels. Even though the 2.6 inch screen is regarded to be a small screen, the high resolution of 320 x 400 pixels brings a new dimension to the term of a small screen. The presence of a full QWERTY keyboard only adds to the appeal of the phone since it will easily make the typing job much easier in the HP Veer.
The HP Veer will be coming loaded with business features that are determined to make the most out of this full QWERTY keyboard option in the phone. The HP Veer will be coming with 8 GB worth of content space internally, but 1.5 GB will be taken up by the phone itself. Hence, the user will be left with 6.5 GB worth of content space in the HP Veer, which would be enough for storing a lot of media content. The usage of the songs and videos are going to be high in the HP Veer due to the presence of a very competent multimedia player. Apart from recognising a number of formats, the multimedia player can also play a number of formats without any glitches. This is not even the case in the high-end smartphones, but to be seeing this feature in the mid-range smartphone is the outstanding part.
The HP Veer will be using a five megapixel camera that might be having to autofocus option, but will be coming with the Geotagging option. The Geotagging option is present in the camera due to the presence of the GPS option of the phone itself. Apart from working in order to save the location of the photos, the GPS option will also be used for providing navigation using the Maps application that can be loaded into the phone. The web OS 2.2 operating system is one of the brilliant operating systems that you can find today and the HP Veer comes with a powerful 800 MHz processor in order to run this. The HP Veer will be available from the Q3 of this year in the UK.
