 Do you need a phone that can't be destroyed? Do you need a phone that shrugs off impacts, water and dust? Do you need a phone that is strong and hard enough to break through walls with? Then, you need the JCB TOUGH PHONE!
First things first. It's a JCB. And that means 3 things are guaranteed. It'll be big, it'll be tough, and it'll be bright yellow. But how tough is it? Well, for starters, it's rated to IP53, which means it's resistant to impacts, dust shock and water. It's designed for one clear customer group. The building trade. It's designed to shrug off the daily dangers of a building site, basically. Brick dust flying about? No problem! You drop the phone off a wall? No sweat, it'll keep coming back for more. And it does that by, basically, being as hard as nails. With its tough body and rubberised shell, it is designed to last forever. And ever. And ever.
Now, you may be looking at the JCB TOUGH PHONE, thinking, "Oh, it hasn't got a camera." And you'd be right. It hasn't got a camera. It hasn't got a music player. It hasn't got Java. It's not, in any acceptable sense of the word, a 'gadget'. It's an old-fashioned, rock solid tool. It's designed for one purpose, that's to be a simple, reliable communication tool, in harsh environments. And becuase of that, it doesn;t need to be flashy, or all-singing-all-dancing.

That's not to say the JCB TOUGH PHONE doesn't have some flair, though. As already said, it's bright yellow. That in itself is endearing. And it does have a certain rugged charm. Oh, and the ringtone it has, of a digger starting up, is pure genius. So, when gadget nuts are sneering at your JCB phone, just remind them their phone can't nut its way through a wall.
