The Nokia 6500  range is split into two categories, the Classic and Slide models, the latter obviously incorporating a slide mechanism but also a slightly better equipped camera.

Both Nokia 6500 categories offer 3G enabled phones, however the Nokia 6500 Classic does not support face to face video calling.

The Silver Nokia 6500 Classic swells the number of colour variants in the Classic range to four which now includes Gold, Black and Bronze models.

The Silver Nokia 6500 Classic offers exactly the same great design, technology and features as the rest of the 6500 Classic range but now comes in a sleek silver casing.

The Nokia 6500 classic mobile phone has a flawless, stylish appearance: the handset equivalent of a Hollywood star. The polished exterior is made from aluminium, giving it a tough yet light casing. At under 100g in weight and measuring less than 1cm deep, this sleek handset is definitely ready for a photo shoot!

And it's just as happy behind the lens, thanks to a 2 megapixel camera with dual LED flash. You won't be struggling for storage space, because the Nokia 6500 Classic has an incredible 1GB of memory. That's plenty for your photos - and it's handy for music too, because there's a built-in MP3 player.

All this is pretty impressive... and it's more impressive when you learn that the Nokia 6150 classic includes 3G technology to speed up your mobile internet browsing. Plus, as you'd expect from Nokia, the phone is delightfully practical. As well as using the company's well-respected menu system, the Nokia 6500 classic has a single micro USB socket that can be used for charging or for transferring data. It even means the handset can be used as an external disc drive for your PC or charged directly from a laptop.

It certainly looks good - and, with its well-chosen features, this slim 3G handset is much more than merely a pretty face.
