Nokia E72 Vs HTC Touch Diamond 2: True Competition

The battery backup of E72 is excellent. As, the Standard Li-Po 1500 mAh gives you stand-by backup of up to 480 h(2G), 576 h(3G) and talk time backup of up to 12 h 30 min(2G), 6 h(3G). On the contrary, Standard Li-ion 1100 mAh battery of Touch Diamond gives stand-by time of up to 500 h and talk-time of up to 5 h. Both devices support A-GPS feature and are adorned with wireless technology. Wireless technology such as Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and miniUSB allows the user to share data effectively and efficiently with other wireless enabled devices.

For internet browsing, both the gadgets incorporate Wi-Fi and HSDPA connection . Here, browsing speed of Nokia is much faster than HTC. Along with, it supports MP3,WMA,WAV,RA,AAC,M4A  audio format files, flash Lite v3.0, Push to talk feature, Voice command or dial feature. It works on Symbian OS 9.3 and is available in three colors such as Zodium Black, Metal Grey and Topaz Brown.
HTC gadget works on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.

If we talk about memory, HTC Touch Diamond 2 comes with 288 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. It has practically unlimited storage capacity to store phone entries in the phonebook. On the contrary, Nokia E72 has a bit less storage space. It includes 250 MB storage and 128 MB RAM that is expandable up to 16 GB by the use of microSD card . There are some common features such as support for messaging services like SMS, MMS, e-mail, IM, stereo FM radio with RDS, and both are speakerphones. HTC device has a built-in document viewer for Word, power point, excel, one note and PDF documents. Similarly, E72 has document editor for same document files.

The comparison between Nokia E72 and HTC Touch Diamond 2 depicts that both are good handsets.  Both includes 3G functionality. So, if a condition arises that a feature is missing in one, then other exclusive feature redeem for that.
