Nokia N73
Nokia N73 is like a mini multimedia computer rather than a conventional phone. Its distinguish features married with good looks offers great usability and convenience, all that you need to keep you empowered in this fast paced era. The handset is an upgraded version of Nokia N70, and comes with a solid construction that is comfortable to hold. For revelry of colours, the Nokia N73 comes in two colour schemes- frost white/ metallic red and silver/ deep plum.
The fairly sleek Nokia N73 is candy bar in design. The handset boasts of a beautiful 2.4-inch (diagonal) QVGA screen, that displays 262,144 hues at a 240 x 320-pixel resolution. Which means texts, pictures and icons seem clear, aptly and bright. Readability is also safe under the direct sunlight, and one can also change the display theme and backlight time, to suit the mood and occasion. Beneath the screen is a five-way joystick for scrolling through the menu, and short cut buttons for easy operation.
The camera is located on the back, protected by a cover. The camera is activated simply by sliding the cover. There are dedicated buttons like the camera capture keys and zoom keys, to give a more digi cam feeling. Further, there is a high resolution 2.4 inch landscape viewfinder, and the advantage of auto focus and mechanical shutter. The camera is also wisely designed to suit the requirements of this internet age. The photos that are captured, can be shared right away on the web, on flickr or any such communities.
And for sound of music, the Nokia N73 has an impressive Mp3 player that supports AAC, aAAC, eAAC+ and WMA audio files. The gadget also has integrated stereo speakers with 3D sound, and the benefit of adding a 3D effect to the your ringtones and music.
Other features that makes Nokia N73 an apple pie are its extra long memory power, Bluetooth, 3G or quadband, EDGE / GSM networks, and a number of productive tools based on the Symbian OS platform.
Nokia packages the N73 with most basic accessories. It includes an AC adapter, USB cable, a stereo headset, a wrist strap, a wipe cloth, Nokia PC suite software and reference manual.
