O2 Mobile Phones on Pay-As-You-Go Deal

As the name implies, O2 on pay-as-you-go deal are those with limited obligation by the company. This deal allows the client to pay before he can use the mobile phone services. In other countries, this kind of contract is called pre-paid.

The good thing about O2 on pay-as-you-go deal is that the client does not have the obligation to pay monthly for a certain period of time. He has the right to stop using O2 mobile phone services if he wants to anytime and this will not incur additional charges on the client.

The only disadvantage of pay-as-you-go deal is that the mobile phones will not come for free unlike the phones on contract. The usage, maintenance, and safety of the mobile phone will be the sole responsibility of the client, unless the phone is covered with insurance or warranty. When the client's SIM card or mobile phone is lost, damaged, or stolen, O2 does not have the responsibility to replace it unlike in the on contract mobile phones.

O2 also has the right to disconnect the client's mobile phone number if it has not received any call within a 6-month period. The client can still be reconnected to O2 services after the disconnection. However, he will be given a new mobile phone number.
