Radio Frequency Jammers

Radio frequency jammers have been around since WWII. They’re a time tested proven method of disrupting radio signals. Jamming has been effectively used by the Germans, Israelis, Cubans, Iraqis, Iranians, Chinese, Irish and the British. If it worked for these countries during those difficult times such as the Cold War, it should be fairly certain that it will work efficiently for the use in prisons, army troops, and even VIP vehicles.

For instance, brigades of vehicles are trailing a VIP in his envoy. They use a highly sophisticated radio setup to communicate between each other. They are orchestrating an attack and a kidnapping; with their radios they are able to be synchronized, thus increasing their chances of success. Now if this VIP is prepared for such circumstances, they should use their radio frequency jammer. They start off with IED Jammers - jamming all frequencies to the active signals. The perpetrators are now confused, as no radio signals are free. This lapse of time would have stalled the trailers, giving the VIP enough time to make his own orchestrated escape.

Now we have a troop of soldiers battling it out against the enemies. We are in the enemies’ turf, on low ground in an urban area surrounded by tall buildings. We also have civilians; we are on a reconnaissance mission. Now our troops have been spotted and shots are fired, they need to be at the rendezvous as soon as possible if they want to make it out alive. However, the enemies are tracking their every movement and notifying all units. The troops are surrounded and doom is around the corner. However, if they would employ a RCIED jammer and block all transmissions. They will have enough time to make a clean escape as there locations won’t be compromised.

Communication between inmates at prisons has been on a steady climb in the past few years. With the technology getting ever more efficient and smaller, its make communication in prison easier than ever—inmates can communicate to each other planning escapes, attacks, riots, or even running their crimes on the outside world from the inside. Therefore, jammers in prisons would actually help a prison do what it does best, to put an end to crime.

Radio frequency jammers should be taken advantage of; they are a cheap, simple, quick solution to solve an array of problems.
