Let us first study the meaning of a phone number search. If you have a phone number with you but do not know as to who owns the number or no idea as to what the address is, you may use the reverse search service to be able to find out these details. The information that you will be getting are address history, cell number owner details, service provider details and the status of the phone connection. Also note that these websites differ on the services they offer but most of them would have residential, toll-free, cell phones, business and even pagers for guaranteed confidential and legal searches.
On top of the reverse searches, there are some sites that offer entry to information like background checks and reports, bankruptcies, public records databases, liens, people finder databases, police records, births, marriages, divorces, deaths, sex offender records, adoptions, and a lot more. These sites usually do the same and offer access to these information for a certain fee but just note that you can not get these information by just signing up for a membership fee.
There are some websites that I have seen who claim that they offer free cell look ups, but what happens is, they normally lead customers to sites that ask for fee in the end and they would usually allow people to do searches for free but will ask for charges to view results. It is in reality that the only places where you can find information that are legal and accurate are paid directories. This means that free cell phone look ups do not exist at all. But should you want to find information for cell numbers, you may have to pay for a certain fee to do such.
