One of the latest and the best offerings by this Korean giant, the Samsung G600 camera mobile phone comes with a slide opening casing, a form factor that the manufacturer specializes in. The phone with its classy finish and smooth slide opening mechanism has been successful in catching the attention of the worldwide mobile phone market. The 102mm x 47.8mm x 14.9mm sized casing, weighing 105 gram including the phone battery makes it much comfortable to hold the handset in hand. This handset is a quad band phone that provides worldwide roaming to its users. The 2.2 Inch high colour screen of G600 provides the user with up to sixteen million colours on a high resolution TFT screen. It automatically switches between the GSM networks without the user getting to know it. The memory card slot in this handset helps you expand the 55 Mbytes of built-in memory.
Taking this mobile phone to a different level, the 5 MP camera is the USP of this handset. Placing it in the same bracket as the Nokia N95, this high resolution camera clicks some great quality stills and records DVD-quality videos as well. The built in flash and an auto focus feature ensures perfect picture at any time of the day. The night mode too is a successful feature, unlike in the rest of the contemporary handsets. The FM radio function in the G600 provides its users with a guarantee for unlimited entertainment. The user can even directly download any music file from the internet to the phone.
The fully charged battery of G600 can deliver up to 300 hours of standby time, as well as approximately 3.5 hours of talk time. Transferring files between two compatible devices is accomplished wirelessly through the Bluetooth handset in the handset. Moreover, the users even get to use the built-in EDGE technology (that is approximately 3 times faster than GPRS!), ensuring high speed data transfers.
