Samsung Omnia 2 Goes SIM Free - Unlocked Samsung Omnia2

Improving on the original Omnia model Samsung have now launched the new Samsung Omnia 2 as a SIM Free mobile phone with no network ties or branding.

The Omnia2 is part of a new set of three Omnia handsets to be released this year and is a direct upgrade to the popular i900 series which was eventually made available in four variants, two white and two black with 8GB and 16GB memory options.

The other two models are the Samsung Omnia Pro and Samsung Omnia Lite, both of which are getting ready to launch soon.

The new Samsung Omnia 2 further improves on the features and technology of the original model and offers a new design which bears resemblence to the recent Samsung Jet and Samsung Blade models.

The Omnia2 is also referred to by its model number as the Samsung i8000, look for both when trying to find the best deal.

The Omnia II is designed for the smartphone user who demands an enhanced and convenient multimedia experience featuring Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.
