Sony Ericsson C902 Review - Flagship C Series Phone

The Sony Ericsson "C" series is the cyber-shot camera series of mobile phones. The Sony Ericsson C902 is the successor to the K850, but the "K" series has now been replaced with the "C" series. Beginning with the C702 and the C902 the phones will no longer be called cyber-shot phones but simply "C" series camera phones. The Sony Ericsson C902 is a higher quality camera phone than the K850 and includes a 5 megapixel camera with a PhotoFlash, something new that Sony Ericsson just developed with the production of this new phone series. The Sony Ericsson C902 has a slimmer design and an enhanced camera interface, but other than that there are few improvements over the K850.

The design of the Sony Ericsson C902 is different from the K850. The new designed has been dubbed a candybar design and is approximately 40% slimmer than the K850 with a sleeker and more classic look to it. The TFT display 2.0", smaller than the previous model, a necessary move because of the touch shortcuts that have been added to both sides of the phone's display screen. The lid on the Sony Ericsson C902 protects both cameras, but you need to open the lid manually to use the one phone, but the other is used for video calling and works without opening the lid.

Looking at the design and changes on the Sony Ericsson C902 shows potential customers how Sony Ericsson works to keep up with the changes in demand and technology. The same holds true of their other phones as well such as the "W" series which is the walkman series designed specifically as a music phone. Sony Ericsson designs these two series' with extra quality for those functions though many users would prefer the high quality of both functions in each model. Other than the inability to have high quality in both music and camera through each series of phones, there are little complains about the quality of any Sony Ericsson phone.

When you're looking for a high quality camera phone, you can be sure Sony Ericsson can meet the demand and compete with the ever changing technology. Wherever that need leads the mobile phone industry, you will find Sony Ericsson right there. Read any Sony Ericsson C902 review and you will discover the satisfaction that is among the users. The Sony Ericsson C902 is just another high quality mobile phone with the Sony Ericsson name on it. Mobile phone deals make it even sweeter because you don't have to pay full price to own this high quality camera phone.

The Sony Ericsson C902 is the latest but probably not the greatest of the Sony Ericsson camera phones. As the future progresses, you will soon more and better quality camera phones with the Sony Ericsson name on them, but thus far the Sony Ericsson C902 is the best Sony Ericsson has released so far. With each series you will find higher quality and some added enhancements that will guarantee even better picture taking and video recording.
