The latest Sony Walkman phone has been released today, the new Sony W380i is the newest flip design music device from Sony Ericsson.

The Sony Ericsson W380i grey edition is the first of three new models which also include the Sony W380i Black and Purple editions, all three version offer exactly the same festures and technology, it is only the colour of the exterior casing that changes.

It has been a while since Sony Ericsson released a new flip version of thier hugely successful Walkman range and it is nice to see that the manufacturer has changed the design. The new SOny W380i grey is a far more squared phone as opposed to the rounded edges of previous models.

The Sony W380i Grey is a direct upgrade to the W300 series of Walkman devices with new software, technology and features.
Complete with new Walkman Player and Media Management PC Software, you can easily manage your music, create playlists and transfer music and images between PC and Mobile. With dedicated Music Control Keys, there's no need to even open your phone in order to manage your music.

TrackID music recognition helps to identify unknown artists, albums and song titles, FM Radio lets you tune into your favourite station and catch up with the news in your area whilst the unique Gesture Control Software onboard allows you to mute incoming calls or set your alarm clock on snooze by simply wave your hand above its face.

Available in a choice of either Magnetic Grey, Black Champagne or Electric Purple, the Sony Ericsson W380i lets you enjoy the magic.

The package includes a 512MB memory stick which can be expanded upon and the phonebook holds 1000 entries for contact details of nearest and dearest.
