The new Nokia 6300 model mobile phone is a light weight handset coming with expandable memory options and digital camera functions. It also carries a built-in music player and FM radio function that provides optimum musical entertainment.

The new Nokia 6300 mobile phone coming in an attractive stainless steel casing has stunning features and characteristics that make the handset really unique. The handset coming in a curvaceous stainless steel casing with a glossy black section around the screen has a large 2 Inch screen which provides upto 16.7 million colours on a TFT QVGA type display. The new R1 handset from Nokia comes with 7.8 Mbytes of built-in memory and a 128 Mbytes MicroSD™ memory card included in the phone's start up kit. The memory of the handset can be expanded upto 2 Gbytes by inserting MicroSD™ memory cards. The Nokia 6300 model handset weighing 91 grams and measuring 106.4 mm x 43.6 mm x 11.7 mm is perfect for the user to hold in hand.

The Nokia 6300 mobile phone comes with a built-in 2 megapixel camera feature that assures the user of perfect pictures with excellent quality. The user can take, store, send and share photos from the mobile handset bringing an element of fun and entertainment into it. The digital zoom camera function helps the users in getting a close shot of the desired product. The handset comes with a fully charged battery that could provide upto 264 hours of standby battery time and upto 3.5 hours of talk time. The EDGE technology in the handset provides high speed data transfer for the user to enjoy. The built-in Bluetooth® technology allows the user with a wireless connectivity option on the mobile phone which is compatible with other Bluetooth® devices.

The handset has an excellent built-in music player that could play MP3, MP4, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, H263 and H264 formats. The built-in FM radio feature existing in the handset comes complete with a visual radio that provides the user access to various radio stations. The Nokia 6300 handset also provides messaging services which include instant, audio, multimedia and text messaging, and emails with attachments.
