Where Does God Want You to Spend Most of Your Time
Some people would say the church. If this was true, God would have made everyday a Sabbath. Jesus too would have spent all his time in the temple of God. God wants you to spend most of your time where you are of real use and are impacting on people's lives. If every one of us was truly being a good steward of what God has given us, most of the problems we see today would be a thing of the past. Poverty would not be heard of in the world we are living in.
Jesus spent most of his time on this earth with the poor. Wherever he went, he wanted to impact especially to those less privileged in the society. He had so much love and compassion for the masses that he could do anything for them. One day, his compassion was so great for the people that he fed them supernaturally with two fish and five loaves of bread.
God called you as a Christian so as you could be there for the voiceless and the poor. These matter most to the kingdom of God and he is asking you to take care of them. Christianity is all about giving and sharing. What is better then than to share with those who do not have? How can you say that you love God yet your neighbor’s children go hungry and are not clothed? How can you ignore the needs of the poor yet wait for God to take care of your needs?

When God promises us greatness and overflow in our lives, we can choose to walk in that word or believe what we can see. Most of the time, God's word and the situation we are in may contradict. The problem with most Christians is that we do not want to walk in faith but in what we see. God does not operate like that. When he gives us a word, he intends for us to walk in faith believing that it will come to pass no matter what.

What Matters To God When we get born again, we are so careful to do everything perfectly and please God in all that we do. We think before we talk and treat people better. Our love for God is very intense. We want to tell everyone about this wonderful thing we feel and preach to everyone though most of the time we are not even sure of what we are saying. We spend a lot of time with God in prayer and reading his word.
Mathew 9:35-37. When Jesus was preaching the word to the people, many came from all parts of the world to see him and hear from him. Most expected for God to move in there lives and break them free from the bondage that suppressed them. At one time, he looked at them and saw what they had to go through to just come and be ministered to by him. Some even fainted from hunger.

As he lay on the road unconscious, a priest passed by and had one look at him then went his way, passing on the other side of the road. A few minutes later, a Levi passed by and did exactly what the priest did and went his way too.
