Are You A 3%er?

What is a 3%er you say?

They are the leaders in our society. People who step up to the plate and take on the tasks no one else does and commit to achieve what they set out to do. These do not have to be tasks that change the world overnight, though they may be, but they are tasks that get these people to where they want to be in their lives and businesses. Do not deny yourself the inner leader we all are. There is one area in your life where you are a leader, it may be in the home, leading your family to achieve it's daily goals. Are you a scout leader or a church leader? Leadership does not necessarily mean commanding the attention of many people and ordering them. It may mean managing a team of 10 or 100, or managing a family, just for example.

Leadership is about directing people in the right direction, guiding them to where they need to be, being a mentor or a coach and showing people the way, a guide.A leader is someone who goes the extra mile to get the job done. Instead of sitting around feeling exhausted, complaining how nothing works, they get up and complete the task at hand. We are all familiar with leaders from an early age from our parents to our school teachers, coaches and eventually bosses in the work force. It is someone you click with, who you admire and strive to be alike, whose standards are so high you want to achieve these more than anything.

Conjure up the leader in you. Dig deep, as I have said you do not need to conquer the world to be a leader but you need to start somewhere so, start with yourself and lead yourself to where you want to be. You be the example for the rest of the world.
