Get the Passionate Edge

Get the passionate edge Passion is a moving target; it is something that is in constant change. It is something that you must strive to reinvent and recreate consistently. You should never stop developing and creating, a part of this means having fun, you have to develop it as a habit to spend some of your day just playing. Play when you want, and rest when you need to rest. Life wasn’t meant to be about working and working and then one day laying over and dying. It is meant to be fun, it is for living! So have fun and live it. Part of having fun is also a great way to help you relax which then also makes the creative juices spread through you enabling you to achieve more because you are well rested. And often in these times of just playing you will find new ideas and insights. It’s great to get away and give yourself some space so I would also highly recommend holidaying frequently to build your energy up. So what gives you the greatest pleasure in your leisure time? How you can increase the time you spend playing? What are some new hobbies or interest that you are intrigued by but haven’t did anything about yet? Out of the list above what 2 things can you begin immediately, and make a commitment to do? If you are managing your time sufficiently you should be producing excellent returns on your level of energy. EOP (Energy on passion). Ultimately our life is made up of a single second, so the big question is how are you living right now as you read this? How do you feel? This very second, it is part of the mosaic of your life, so how are you living it? Time for me has been something that I have had to change my perception on; you know its one of those things that it can control you very easily if you don’t take control of it and make it work for you. Time is something that I now have come to appreciate and love because of its so called simplicity at surface level it does look like it can be easily managed, but after years of working on time mastery I would have to say that its actually more complex than meets the eye. I take a very different approach to time now, I don’t think of time as “tick tock” time but rather I look at time in seasons. Lets look at some principles that I do use for time that I believe can save you from the warp realm of not enough time perception. Principles to regain and maintain excellent EOP Definiteness of your passion and of your end result will ultimately make time go quicker, when you are fully engaged in a goal you make the most of everyday and automatically you are driven to things that represent what you want and you pull things to you that are in alignment with your goal. This is power at its best! So decide what you want to manifest as the end result of your passion? Do you want to be the number #1 Body builder or do you want your own comedy show on channel 9? Decide exactly what you want from your passion? Get clear on how much you can do and in what time frame? What needs to be done first, then second then third? If you are having trouble deciding on which step to take the best thing to do is to think from the end result and think backward. Use the form provided below to write your goal backward in a specific and detailed way. The definiteness of my passion is to: And before that can happen I need to do/be/have: And before I can be/do/have the above I need to be/do/have And before I can be/do/have the above I need to be/do/have And before I can be/do/have the above I need to be/do/have And before I can be/do/have all of the above the very first step I will take today is: Well done, your commitment is shining through! The next principle is a very simple one; it is: not to rely on your memory. Do not what ever the case rely on your memory. Write everything down, this may sound goofy but cares. If its going to contribute to you living and creating a passionate life for yourself would you do it? If you said no, then goodbye. Just joking! What ever you see that inspires you, or hear something that resonates with you, or even just remembering a name from someone that you have just been introduced to at a social meeting you must write it down. I have in a box scraps of old paper and from torn out pieces of napkins, business cards, anything where I can put the ink to and have it stick. I was in the movies the other day with a very good friend of mine Tania. I love the movies, you sit there and learn so much about human emotion and human behavior it really captures you, you know you get caught in the moment you’re hooked with what the characters are feeling you feel. And while we were sitting watching this movie there was this really good line that was said by one of the actors, and I thought to myself I need to remember that. And as I do, I don’t waste my memory remembering stuff like that so I wrote it down. In the darkness of the movie theatre I got out my pad and pen and began writing. My friend Tania thinks I’m a little strange anyway so to do this is totally fine but who cares anyway. You see any opportunity for inspiration is an opportunity; it is not an opportunity to miss. And sometimes the times where and when opportunity strikes is when it is most inconvenient. But you must let the inspiration get in, you must let it in and when it’s in write it down so you wont loose it. You must learn to capture the emotion, capture the words, capture the beauty of that moment and you capture the present of life.

Coach NY – Changing Lives

By: alan erwin | 31/12/2009
In this fast growing world of competition and challenges, man just wants to win. It is a bird’s eye view, that the respect of a man is directly proportional to his wealth and success. Everything is for those who have some position in society, so naturally everyone wants to be in the front. Everyone wants to be successful ‘by hook or by crook’. People try everything to achieve position and respect in the society and as today’s world has been growing rapidly only few can reach at the top.

Every life is precious we can’t argue that, but how precious really is it? If it were so precious why aren’t more people treating it as such. Have we really lost the true essence of what life is really about? Have we truly lost the very uniqueness that is derived from being a human being on this earth at this time? Your incarnation here is a gift; it is a highly valuable gift. It is now time for you to wake up and realize that and believe in this great truth.
