HOW TO HAVE A HAPPIER AND BETTER DAY!

Posted: Jul 23, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

Try to fill your head and your heart with Happy Thoughts every day! You can choose to be happy or you can choose to be miserable...the choice is yours!

When watching television or movies, which should be done sparingly, watch things that are funny, happy, and uplifting, instead of all of this violent garbage. Action films and horror films are actually a way to negatively program your brain for pain and suffering. Children never get nightmares as the after-effect of a Happy Disney-type film.

When things happen to you, it's not so much what happens, as it is "how you react" to what happens. For example, you are driving and someone "accidentally" cuts in front of you...well, you can choose to be a jerk about it, and get all "bent out of shape" for nothing, or you can simply "let it go" assuming that just maybe that person is a little shaken because they have a family member in the emergency room at the hospital and they are racing to get there! Sadly, so many people become jerks (though I would rather use a much stronger word) that we actually have a new word that exists: road rage. How sad is that?

Please feel free to share this awesome ArticlesBase.com piece with someone you know who needs it, or even several others, it's good karma for you!

When you have a task or chore to do, never put it off until the last possible second, and then you have to do it with pressure and stress. I once had a female friend who would wait until she had absolutely no clean underwear left, before she would do the wash. By this time, she also had no clean towels, and very few clean articles of other clothing, so she would feel stressed about having to stay up late, and do a huge mountain of laundry...this is so silly!

Maybe you have a friend or family member who has become "toxic" and whenever you see them, talk to them, or have their negativity around you, it only brings you down...time to think about greatly limiting the time you see them or talk to them. I would actually write them off, but we will take this in small steps! After all, Lao-tzu said: "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step."

My website at www.FatherTimePublishing.com features many awesome, effective, and powerful Good Luck Charms and Amulets, and there may be something there for you! It is worth a try whether you want to attract a lover, find a job, win some money, lose weight, gain more confidence, find your soul mate, or win at a casino! People have used Good Luck Charms and Amulets for thousands of years!

Well, I can see there will have to be some sequels to this piece, so watch for those coming soon!

Many Blessings!
