The Focus Factor ....what You Need to Know!!

I was a text book example of scatterbrained thinking, I never was able to pay much attention to one thing at a time for very long. My grades in school seem to prove everyones peception of my lack of FOCUS. I went from one thing to another never really thinking I had a problem. When people made fun of my work habits to be unacceptable, I really just thought I was not like them so they always had something to say. I went from school to a work environment with the same habits that seemed to have plagued my relationships at work, if anyone would say anything about how I did something or how I forgot something it was as if a warning light went on in me to defend all that was dear to me but when I would get home I would feel everyone was right and that there had to be some kind of learning disability I had therefore I was no good. I always had the greatest excuse for myself, my parents being divorced, being brought up on the wrong side of the tracks, There were so many excuses when I was backed in a corner that my life was backwards because my upbringing was backwards. Oh I could make up so much that had happened to me that this could be a book.

When I started to get a hold of material that said I could do more, be more, have more, I did’nt believe that right away either, it was just somebody else trying to make me feel good about myself till the next tradgedy that I would face. But as I read it made me feel better, it inspired me to imagine a life that was on the right sie of the tracks and that a life wealth is great when you dream about it. It made me feel good and I like to feel good, i like to feel like I have self-control, I like to feel prosperous, I like to feel I can give to an organization, I like to feel good about other people.

I thought well if I could focus on these things….. a biblical scripture came to mind think on things that are good noble and of good report, think on these things.

So I started reading more on focus and the chapters of books that dealt with focus and I did little mental exercises that would work out my mental muscles.

I started to create opportunities to do one thing at a time. I would take on tasks that resonated within me and keep my focus with those things until I completed them. Then all of a sudden I would see in more detail the task in front of me. It was amazing, something in me woke up a sixth sense so to speak. Now I am working on focusing much more and in greater detail than before. You can do it to ……. Focus - one of the Master Keys to Success….. Keep and n eye on the next article Magnifying Glass Focus.
