The Process of Anger. Part 2

When we find ways to tap into our deeper emotions we invariably find that we have been neglecting some form of pain or discomfort. When we ignore or simply don't notice our deeper emotional reactions, we lose the skill to express our full range of emotions. In the process we find that by constantly expressing only one segment of our entire emotional range, we limit our ability to be happy and feel at ease within ourselves and with those that we interact with.
It is necessary to remember that our emotions come from the body. When you are feeling angry, your body creates a specific set of reactions that notify your rational mind of your emotional stress. When you are feeling cherished or loved your body generates a diverse set of reactions. With a help of science and psychological disciplines you can explore the process of how your body generates your emotional state and you can come to understand how at times you say one thing with your body and something rather different with your words. You can come to understand how you wind up confusing yourself when you say one thing with your heart and another with your logical mind. If you do wind up confusing yourself on a regular basis, you will find that your overall health and vitality suffer in the process.
Only in a situation when you totally realize that you can say "No", you truly engage your heart in saying "Yes." Only when your rational mind and your body cooperate together and communicate the same message in a congruent manner, will you find that you feel empowered and at ease. Give yourself some time to quietly explore your emotions and feelings and you will find that your emotional well-being resides deep inside yourself, waiting to be pushed and recognized.

Items at the end of this message are what I experience, And I have had these type of experience dating back to my early teen years, But was not up until recently at the age of 27 I have had thoughts of suicide, and thoughts of invincibly. I also have a very hard time focusing and keeping a job, I have had over 12 jobs, in the last 8 years, Also had a really good job with the Government that only lasted 2 months. I find it hard to even get up some times, to do anything. I really, want to do better and I even went to seek professional help, I was vapor acted, and given medication for depression Zoloft, and was referred to a walk-in clinic. I do not have insurance or a job. So I went to a walk in clinic when I was ?so called? evaluated , but a DR at Henderson Mental Health, the DR there said I only have anger problems. And nothing medication could do to fix it. Well, that?s funny he found out my problem in the 10 mins when he talked to me that is amazing, but it?s far from the truth. I know something for sure is wrong with me, and It is affecting me in a big way, I don?t feel as if I can get ahead, and I can?t even seek help, do to the fact I don?t have a job, I lost my Drivers License do to my issues and even, have marks on my license do to my reckless behavior. * Thing's that discribe me. Impulsivity, (., spending, sex, substance abuse, reckless driving, ). Recurrent suicidal behaviour, gestures, or threats, or self-mutilating behaviour. Affective instability due to a marked reactivity of mood (e.g., intense episodic dysphoria, irritability , or anxiety usually lasting a few hours and only rarely more than a few days). Chronic feelings of emptiness Inappropriate, intense anger or difficulty controlling anger (e.g., frequent displays of temper, constant anger, recurrent physical fights)

How can i help my boyfriend with his blind rage ...

How can i help my boyfriend with his blind rage?
My problem is that last night my boyfriend was on the phone with me and his dog wouldn't lay down and go to sleep. The dog kept trying to get his attention and he kept telling him to lay down, still he wouldn't.So my boyfriend snapped and grabbed him by his neck scruff and tossed him into the bathroom violently. He didnt hurt the dog but he sat in his bathroom and spoke to me about it for hours. He opened up about past experiences with squeezing a cats head until it scratched him because it wouldn't leave his own cat alone. He believes he has a mental disorder because he described to me that he would never intentionally do that to anyone or thing.
I believe that because he is the sweetest guy you ever could imagine and he cried for the rest of the night over the phone with me because of what happened. He said it feels like a blind rage.Like you dont know that your doing anything, blanking out so to speak. So I want to get him help, and i promised him i would get him help. The thing is, we dont have a lot of money, and especially not 300 dollars to spend on an hour of psychiatric help.I know a lot about psychology but i dont know how to cure him of this blind rage habit. He fears he'll hurt me or someone else during it so we need to fix this situation.
He has kept that from me for a while.
He also has aftermath symptoms. Something like ticks... or spells.
His fingers do weird motions and/or stretch out and in and he goes to sleep out of nowhere, similar to a narcoleptic. If there is any advice on what to do, or where he can go in the Portland, Oregon area please tell me. Thank You.
Additional info-His mother was a heroine addict and he had an extremely abusive childhood which he blanked out. From a certain age up he can't remember. He was also in an orphanage and has problems with that. He's trans gendered as well and his family disowned him after transitioning so he battles that as well.
