I personally take my coffee in the simplest, most ordinary way. I heat a cup of water in the microwave for about a minute as I like it steaming hot, and then I stir in about a teaspoon full of instant coffee, 2 teaspoons of creamer, and a few Splenda. I’ve actually heard numerous times though, how ground coffee can be much more beneficial than the instant ones available anywhere. Honestly, I do not have much patience to do such. I’m happy with my own concoction. No need for those grinders.
