Some of the various educational electives and continuing education programs that the Academy of Massage Therapy offers its students include instruction in Anma (Japanese deep tissue massage), foot reflexology, hot stone massage, raindrop technique, manual lymph drainage (MLD), Reiki, Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Trigger Point Therapy, among others.
