
Introduction
According to John W. Best research is considered to be more formal, systematic, intensive process of carrying on the scientific method of analysis. It involves a more systematic structure of investigation usually resulting in some sort of formal record of procedures and a report of results or conclusion. Research may be defined as the systematic and objective analysis and recording of controlled observations that may lead to the developments of generalizations, principles or theories resulting in prediction and possibly ultimate control events.
Scope of the study

2. To examine the qualities of good research
3. To observed the qualities of good research worker
4. To learned the purpose of research
Purpose of research:
• Provides guidance to social planning
• Facilitates control by providing knowledge
• Knowledge is enlightenment
• Suggests effective remedial measures
• Affords sound basis for prediction.
Qualities of good research
A) Good research is systematic: it means that research is structured with specialized steps to be taken in a special sequence in accordance with the well defined set of rules.
B) Good research is logical: The research is guided by rules of logical reasoning and the logical process of introduction and deduction are of great valve in carrying out research.
C) Good research is empirical: it implies that research is related basically to one or more aspects of a real situation and deals with concrete data that provides a basis for external validity to research results.
D) Good research is replicable: The research results should be verified by replicating the study and there by building a sound basis for decisions.
Qualities of Good researcher

? Intelligent application of scientific method
? Theorizing capacity
? Unbiased attitude and ethical standards
? Predictive capacity
? In short, the research worker should work diligently, thinks clearly, studies carefully and extensively, observe minutely, collect data pains taking analysis data objectively and concludes rationally and scientifically.

Suggestions
1. The students should read more books for improve their research knowledge
2. The students may visit library and utilize internet facility for collect more relevant data.
3. The students must progress their thinking capacity
4. The students should take kneer observation.
5. The students may participate more conference and seminars.
6. The students should write articles in different field and to publish many articles in national and international journals
7. The students should have self motivation and encouragement at any time.
Conclusion
From this study the researcher clearly defined the characters of good research and researchers. The research skills important for student’s community. This paper concluded that the students should participate many conference and seminars and they will write more articles in different field. The student’s community must have self motivation and encouragement for improve research skills.
