A school that has a website with an .edu extension is not necessarily affiliated with a legitimate education organization. Anyone, including diploma mills can purchase an .edu site easily, so don't be fooled with a school's website that has an .edu domain extension. You should get further information about the school before you sign up any of its degree program.
5. Extremely claims
Diploma mills try their best to make you sign up with their degree program and pay them money. They know everyone wants a good deal and this is what they are trying to pull you to their trap with extremely good deals that most people tend to be attracted. Therefore, be wary if you found extremely good deals in education. Deals that sound too good to be true usually are scamming tactics by diploma mills.
