The importance of the gender vision.

In situations of our daily life we have listened comments like that woman has a good work or  drives their car well. From the childhood, the women have been educated to be feminine, to put on makeup and to like to the other ones; while the men are educated to triumph, to be successful, to make money, to direct the society in that we live, why situations so different they take place between men and women? Do they obey a fundamental physiologic difference? Is it possible that that diversity is only based on mother's condition? Is it possible that the situation is caused to confuse the cultural  with the natural  and to consider instinctive what is cultural in many cases created by the society through the history and that anything has to do with the biological ?. Before these queries it is vital a vision of the wide world starting from the gender notion understood as the social content that each culture attributes to each sex and in that construction of identities the different social institutions intervene: family, school, etc; an example would be when to the girls gets dressed them of pink color because it is related with the feminine thing and to the blue male to point out the masculine thing. In the year 1968, psychiatrist Robert Stoller discovered that what determines the identity and the gender behavior is not the biological sex, but having lived from the birth the experiences and rites attributed to certain gender concluding that the assignment and acquisition of an identity is more important than the genetic, anatomical and hormonal load, it differentiates this way gender sex, because the first one would be the biological difference, natural between men and women with characteristic anatomical different. Different perspectives exist according to the different cultures and generations but there is a basic division that corresponds to the sexual division of the most primitive work: the women have the capacity to have children and to take care of them, for that reason, the feminine thing is related it with the maternal thing, with the reproduction, with the woman's domain in the private environment, awarding him a passive, subordinate place;  while the masculine thing is associated with a positive appraisement as supplier of the economic sustenance, with the necessity of being imposed, to be competitive, to expose their manliness, not to demonstrate emotions, to have hard, distant appearance, to infuse respect, to be the family " boss " that maintains then to the family, he has domain on the public thing; this stereotyped vision and myopic they condition the lists of the potentialities of the human beings, these features also have to do with a long process that is related with the attitudes from the adults to the minor, the bonds among parent-children, the traditional commands that are imposed from the education, the small responsibilities assigned according to the sex, etc. cannot refuse the biological differences among the individuals but it is necessary to keep in mind that beyond the sexual differences there are many likeness, of there, the relevance of the gender concept to explain the diversities or to understand better how has been organized the political-economic and social environment, from this perspective we know that what determines the difference among the sexes is not only the biological thing but  that has to do with the symbolic . In my opinion ,  a lot it has been written about this problem, it would be of utility to take conscience in how they explained to us that we should be and to begin to promote from diverse environments the setting in practice so that the societies are not built starting from the stereotypes and prejudices.
