3. You can also earn a scholarship. These are called merit sholarships and they are awarded based on exceptional grades in general or excellent grades for a certain subject. If you are excellent in for example basketball or swimming, you'll find many scholarships that you can apply for.
4. It is important that you take action now. Almost all scholarships have certain deadlines. If you miss the submission deadline for a certain scholarship, you might have to wait a whole year until you can apply again for that scholarship. Too bad if that scholarship was the ideal scholarship for moms.
5. There are also scholarship lotteries, kind of. They work like a raffle and you can win a scholarship. They are free to join and maybe you are the lucky one.
