Free Communication Network in Rt / Rw Net

We have internet access with in the environment where we live or the network known as RT / RW Net is a solution for us to get internet connection with a relatively low cost. In principle, this network, as well as Local Area Network (LAN). The only computer that is connected is not close, but computers in a residential area. Furthermore, what if we develop this network as a means of communication? Will surely be a solution cheap communication, and even free.

And can even contact the network through the PSTN or mobile service via the Internet Telephone Service Provider (ITSP).

Or if we do not build a PBX system on the network RT / RW Net, we can use the Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) for VoIP communications. With the ATA, we can utilize the device for analog telephone can be used as a VoIP phone or IP Phone so that we can call the withdrawal, such as using a normal phone.
