The Nintendo DS gaming consoles are not sold with any rewritable storage medium. This raises the need of third-party DS storage solutions to store downloaded, homebrew, commercial and under development games, video, music and other contents. There are three types of DS storage devices available in the market: First Generation running on SLOT-2, Second Generation for SLOT-1, and Third Generation is newly launched. First Generation of DS Storage

GBA Movie Player (GBAMP): is CompactFlash adapter for Game Boy Advance. It is compatible with playing Game Boy games, NES, movies, and music under 200kb. It also supports GBA games under 256kb and reading text files. The low price and standard feature set makes GBAMP ideal for homebrew.
