Itc Convergence Communications Products On the Market

This family of self-install products enables end user organisations to bypass relatively expensive fixed (wireline) to mobile interconnects from its PABX extensions through the intelligent use of direct to mobile networks of choice. Suitable for both outbound and inbound calls for both voice and data. Even with the recent and likely future reductions in cross network call charges, payback is typically in the order of weeks for larger SMEs, for example.

All combinations and permutations of customer premise equipment and mobile network services are supported, so it will be rare that a solution is not available for a particular customer. VoIP can be deployed for external calls so long as end-to-end service quality meets the organisation's requirements.

C21 Professional Services ensure the end-user organisation fully realises the benefits afforded by this approach, assisting the organisation to utilise at least some of the savings on further investment in support of its migration programme.

SIM Server Network Systems ("Sim City")

This family of products provides highly flexible networked solutions for enterprise-wide large-scale access to mobile networks from-and-to an organisation's PABX extensions. Highly effective for both national and multi-national organisations, SIM Server Network Systems are incredibly flexible with centralised (remote) management requiring no local hardware re-configuration once installed.

In combination with other Topex system products (for example, Media Gateways see below), larger enterprises can make significant strides towards Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC).

SIM Server Network Systems utilise IP communications and can provide VoIP end user solutions for external calls so long as end-to-end service quality meets the organisation's requirements.

SIM Server Systems are also suitable for Service Providers who wish to offer competitive alternatives to incumbent carriers as managed and/or hosted services, providing enhanced customer "stickiness" through multi-service sales.

C21 Professional Services will design optimal solutions for end user organisations.
