Samsung U600:highly Recommended

Samsung U600 is one of the first Ultra phones to hit the shops and is viewed as a replacement for the hugely popular Samsung D900 ultra-slim slide phone. Having a thickness of just 10.9 mm, the handset is even slimmer than the slimmest. The external touch sensitive buttons are the other USP of the phone, along with the excellent features that it boasts of.

The high-resolution 3.2 megapixel camera is for the photography enthusiasts who’d rather use their handset as a digital camera to click and record as and when necessary. The display with 240 x 320 pixels and with 262,144 colours is outstanding. The Samsung U600 even boasts of a music player that supports a wide range of formats - MP3, ACC, ACC+ and e-AAC+ -. The sound reproduction is excellent to say the least. It has 60 Mbytes of internal memory but you'll need to buy a Micro SD card if you want to store all your favorite tracks in your handset.

The Samsung U600 has a document viewer for viewing MS Office, PDF and HTML files. This is one feature in the handset that will appeal the maximum to the professionals who are forever on the run. The battery performance in the handset has actually been improved due to inclusion of a new technology called OPUS (Optimized Power Usage Solution). Apart form all the usual features that ones expects in a mobile phone, the Samsung U600 also boasts of TV-out connection, wireless photo printing with PicBridge-compatible printers, EDGE for faster downloads and Quad band.

The handset is an ultra-slim, sleek, good looking and a user-friendly phone with exceptional features and an excellent exterior. It is recommended as a good buy if you are planning to upgrade in the near future.
