In Gangster City, those friends come in the form of Associates and will be the easiest and best way to make more cash and play the game better. But, if you want to make the most cash and level up fastest, you should balance your rise to the top.
Getting More Associates
You will need to complete a few low level quests before you can start adding associates. Usually, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour to get to this point, and is likely just a way for Playfish to keep people from farming accounts for extra associates. Once you get to the point where you can add new associates, you'll want to start adding them as quickly as possible to boost your potential income levels.
First off, add any friends you already have on Facebook. These are the fastest sources of associates and even if most of your friends don't play these games, many times they'll at least sign on to help you out.
