In 1992 Hargrave founded the martial art style known as Yank Combat Kempo ( has additionally bee called Combat Martial Arts in reference to the name of Hargrave's first faculty ). Yank Combat Kempo has been formally recognized as a system through many associations around the world and plenty of its methods were copied for US Marines coaching center program. Hargrave is often known as Soke or founding father of ACK and has the tile of Grandmaster. He is also Grandmaster in two other styles, Kung Fu and Ju Jitsu.
