10. If you see other players doing the same quests, group up for faster killing. This way you won't wait again for your quest mobs or bosses to respawn.

These are only a few of the things I've learnt by using a LOTRO leveling guide. Before that I used to spend endless hours grinding on mobs and the XP bar didn't seem to move. I was also unable to find the new areas to grind and didn't know all the passages between the zones, which was very tricky.
