How the herbs can be found?

If you would like to have a record of the herbs you have already picked up then try using an addon such as The Gatherer. Gatherer will keep record of the herbs picked up by any of your party or guild members who have installed the same add-on.
Benefits of Herbalism
Herbalism will grant you new ability - Lifeblood. It is an instant, mana-free ability, granting a powerful overtime heal. However, this ability has a three minute cooldown. While leveling, this ability can come in handy especially for classes without any healing abilities.
Also, you will be saving considerable amounts of gold on flasks, elixirs and potions. Since these are a necessity you can choose to make your own or sell the stacks of herbs on the AH for a nice amount of gold. When it comes to herb farming, it is quite easy, even though players, who are in possession of a faster flying mount, have always an advantage in speed.
Choosing Herbalism according to your class
Are there any particular classes who are considered to be suitable for herbalism? The answer to this question is, no. Choosing Herbalism as a profession is solely your choice, however, keep in mind that some classes need it more than other classes.
Healers and tanks are choosing herbalism most often, because they most often need flasks and potions. The only class that might be faster in gathering herbs compared to others is the Druid class since they have an instant flying form. This makes herb farming for Druids considerably faster.
