Copying Xbox Games – Game Copying Software That Actually Works

Posted: Feb 11, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

Getting dirty disc errors can be a common problem with the Xbox game console. After a long and heavy use, game discs can obtain heavy tears and scratches that makes it difficult for the console disc laser to read the data on the disc. Sometimes discs can even become completely unplayable and when this does happen the only way to fix the issue is to buy the same game again, but if you make backups of your games before they get damaged, then you will always have a copy to play. Seeing how easy it is for games to become scratched and become unplayable, it is best to think about copying Xbox games so you always have a backup.

Getting the right game copying software is mandatory because you cannot just copy the data from a game disc to a blank one. Game companies have encrypted files in the data of the disc that must be broken before a game can be copied. So having game copying software that cracks encryption is a must if you want your backup to work properly. Another feature to look for in game copying software is one that not only breaks the encryption but will also burn the data straight to a disc. Having one application that does all the work for you makes it easier and will minimize the risk of errors in your backup.  It is also best to look for game copying software that supplies free updates. This is because game companies are always coming out with new encryption methods and your software needs to learn the new way the encryptions needs to be cracked.
