Here are the steps to speed up windows 7 easily and quickly by configuring start-up entries:
1. Click "Start" on the lower left quarter.
2. Click "Run" command and input "msconfig".
3. Click the "Create Backup" to back up your current settings. In case, you do something wrong!
4. Click the "Startup tab" and Scroll to start automatically.
5. Un-check those that you no longer wish to start upon loading system.
6. Click "OK" to close Msconfig.
7. Re-start your computer.
