After unistalling a specific program [for we started getting pop-ups after installing it] we continued to get pop-ups. So, I downloaded several ad-removal programs such as Spybot, Ad-Aware, and RBkiller. Sure they removed around one hundred-fifty cookies/programs/anything else that caused pop-ups shortly after being pop-up free for around two days our computer began...slowing down. My PC eventually just started closing them [removing the problem until I logged in as another user], but the program, or "system process" System Idle Process, stated as a SYSTEM program began working along with them-usually just taking up 94%-100% of my CPU [rarefully, going below those percentages] and soon it became certain that running Windows Media Player with [which was nothing at all for the computer] was too much for it now. [with that System Idle Process running all the time] I have tried closing the program [in an attempt to temporarily stop the locking up], but everytime I attempt to I get the following message:
'The operation could not be completed.
The operation is not valid for this process.'
Okay, here's my problem: and I have just noticed today that in the task manager I can not right click on the name [I am able with every other program running-even the other system processes] so I am starting to believe that that program is not meant to be there.
In addition to all of this I have run Spybot, Ad-ware, RBKiller, and Norton Antivirus [all up to date for sure] yet, none of these programs are being able to stop any of this.
Don't want to waste time with your PC problems? I can save you money from high cost PC repairs. Give me a call for more information on hassle-free computing and making being on the computer fun and productive again. You'll be able to relax with true peace of mind.

By: Felicia luo | 30/11/2009Using an HDD enclosure is a cheap way to add storage area to your computer and use your old hard disk drive. Netbook vs Laptop
By: Nestor Hayden | 28/11/2009Going back a few years, the one question which was continuously asked of me was, should I get a laptop instead of a desktop PC? Whilst there is no definitive answer, as each person's needs are different, the answer has probably changed from 90% NO to 90% YES. The reason for this is the narrowing gap between desktop and laptop computers in terms of performance, reliability and storage capacity. Now we have a stand-off between netbook and laptop computers as people explore the possibi...
