Samsung Pixon12 was launched globally few months back but has witnessed its Indian launch, few days back with a price tag of Rs. 29,990. However, the device is not a new phone but it is a makeover of the original Pixon M8800, which was launched back in March, 2009.
Samsung Pixon 12 has robust digital camera with digital photography functions as well as a magnificent full-touch 3.1-inch AMOLED screen. Now, various users can easily capture the images with easy browsing and sharing of pictures as well as videos.
The Samsung M8910 Pixon 12 offers a huge array of amazing features. The face of the phone has a very futuristic looking resistive touch screen that is functional with enticing looks. Besides Pixon 12, Sony Ericsson Satio aka Idou also sports 12 megapixel camera, but Satio comes with S60 5th edition OS.

TouchWiz UI 2.0: Pixon12 supports new TouchWiz interface, which is also present in the Samsung S8000 Jet.
GPS Navigation: It comes with navigation capabilities to the built-in GPS receiver and features Samsung Mobile Navigator, which has full-fledged SatNav solution.
Design and Keyboard: For text input, the handset has three different options to offer that are alphanumeric keypad, full-fledged on-screen QWERTY keyboard and handwriting recognition. It has very sensitive touch screen with haptic feeback.
Multimedia support: The phone is capable of accessing YouTube videos with an internet connection that can exceed 7 Mbps. You can also upload to Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket and other social sites. User can fill up selected home-screens with various widgets and can assign different wallpaper to each screen.
Storage: It features 150MB internal memory with micro-SD card slot that support upto 16GB external memory.
Email & Text Messaging: The handset features a shared editor for SMS and MMS and a separate one for emails, which supports downloading limit of 5MB, enough for receiving most types of files.
Connectivity: The new device supports quad-band GSM/EDGE, dual-band UMTS/HSPA, Bluetooth and GPS.
Size and Weight: It weighs 120 grams and measures 108 x 53 x 13.8 mm.
Web browser: The new mobile comes with WebKit-based Dolfin web browser, which has full Flash support and the new one-finger zooming.
