Sony VAIO NS215N Notebook- A Real Workhorse

The Sony VAIO NS215N Notebook is an integral part of my life. A day doesn’t go by without me using my notebook and I should say that it’s a real toiler. Well designed and built, this notebook provides the superior performance that is expected of Sony VAIO notebooks. The rich granite silver color gives it a very contemporary look.

The Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo T6570 2.1 GHz processor and the 3 GB RAM (expandable up to 4 GB) will take care of the performance part. The 160 GB Serial ATA hard disk along with DVD-RAM/±R/±RW and memory card reader are the storage devices on this Sony VAIO NS215N Notebook. Its 15.4" WXGA widescreen display uses XBRITE-ECO technology and GMA 4500MHD graphics card to produce clear and bright images. A battery run time of up to 4 hours will keep you going for hours together.

If you are someone who spends hours on the internet and likes surfing the net on the move, then this Sony VAIO NS Series notebook provides strong connectivity features with Wi-Fi Gigabit Ethernet, built-in modem, and an express card slot. You are just a click away from sharing your photos on the web with an integrated webcam in place. There are four USB ports (two on each side) to connect your external drives and devices. Windows Vista Business comes pre-installed in this Sony VAIO NS Series notebook.

The Sony VAIO NS215N Notebook can be customized and certain components upgraded at Portable One Inc, I upgraded the processer and RAM recently, I found it make a huge difference on the performance.

I have used this Sony VAIO NS Series notebook extensively since the time I bought it and it has responded very well. If you want a laptop for the long run, do not have second thoughts about buying the Sony VAIO NS215N Notebook.
