The Google15 Weight -Loss Tracker
Here is a great gadget you can use to graph your weightloss progress. This is something you can do on your PC at home. It doesn't take a lot of time, you don't need to buy anything and, best of all - it's effective. You simply enter your weight into the tracker which is tracked each day alongside your goal weight.
