You can take pictures of their favorite items and show them a little slide show. It may be extremely interesting for them. You can also ask questions and take notes to begin a history and journal and put them all into a scrapbook. You can also teach the senior citizens how to take pictures on their own. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>If the older people are involved into a lot of physical activity then the brain shrinkage that happens in old age is reduced to some extent and the brain remains active. Exercises are also important for keeping the body in perfect order. During old age the body muscles tend to become hardened and the flexibility is lost. If regular exercise is done then this co-ordination is maintained properly. If an expert help is taken there will be no problem in future.
