How my love for Avocados and Tomatoes transformed into an Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwich

Out of all fruits, I have always loved tomatoes and Avocados. The creamy texture of the perfectly ripened Avocados makes me eat them out of hand. I find them almost meaty and super rich. I also love the juiciness of the tomatoes and this made me realize that the butter taste of the avocados, the crispiness of bread coupled with the juiciness of the tomatoes could all melt into my mouth at the same time. Later on while experimenting with different accompaniments, I realized that with cheese, basil leaves and pepper, I can heighten the taste of my sandwich. Tomatoes and Avocados are common fruit types that are found all over the world and are all-year round seasonal fruits meaning that they will always be available at a favorable price to enable you make Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwich.

To make the Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwich, all you need is:

1.1 ripened avocado that is peeled, pitted and also sliced
2.1 or 2 large tomatoes which are thinly sliced
3.¼ cup of freshly chopped basil leaves
4.Thinly sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese (optional)
5.Freshly grounded black pepper
6.¼ a cup of the  grated Parmesan cheese
7.8 Bread slices

Follow the below process carefully to get the right Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwich taste.
•Top the four bread slices with sliced avocados and the sliced tomatoes. To add flavor, you can slightly season he tomatoes with salt.
•Sprinkle the chopped basil leaves on the tomatoes and put the mozzarella cheese on the basil
•Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and top it with the black pepper.
•Cover them with the other half bread slices and broil the Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwiches for 2 or 3 minutes or until all the cheese has melted.
•Switch of the oven and remove them.

For persons who do not like heated tomatoes or avocados, use the avocado slices and tomatoes and do away with the basil and cheese. Optionally, you can rub the bread slices with pesto to make the Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwich more delicious. With all these tips, I'm sure that you'll be drooling while making your Avocado and Tomato Melt Sandwich.
