Traditional Thai food is prepared with wonderful colors, eclectic flavors and provides nutritious elements. The difference in the taste comes from the basic ingredients the Thai's so famously cook with.The materials which are very important for cooking traditional Thai food are herbs and spices. They are popular to supply all kinds of healthy benefits to the body. The essence of different kinds of herbs can help in improving the circulatory system. Only from the traditional Thai drugs, Thai people came to know about the benefits from herbs so; they used these items in their cooking Thai food. Traditional Thai food includes with different recipes like curry, stir fry, soup and salad. The good balance between spicy and light recipes is also seen in Thai food. Cooking traditional Thai food is not so hard. When you understand all the primary ingredients and you can prepare Thai food. Recently most of the foreign dishes are prepared with the combination of traditional Thai food. 

Most of the Thai food contains antioxidants which aids in avoiding inflammation and safeguard form different diseases and toxins. There are certain links are found in the history of traditional Chinese drugs and most of the things are included in Thai food. For instance, lemongrass is used from the earlier days to cure fevers, colds and headaches. There is plenty of reason to love traditional Thai food. Only when you taste traditional Thai food, you can be able to cook on your own. If you like to eat authentic Thai food, you can order to the Thai restaurant. Traditional Thai food is also popular for hot and spicy. Primary Thai foods consist with rice and it will be given with plenty of recipes. The various dishes are curry, soup, fried dish and sauces. The breakfast also comprises with traditional Thai sweets and fruits.

Thai food also varies from one region to another region. In the central, people who live like steamed food and it will be with fish and vegetables. In Bangkok, Thai food such as noodles is famous and most of the people enjoy on eating it on the roadside shops. The influence of nearing country Burma has habits in taking food in north side of Thailand. The recipes are made by using ginger, tamarind and turmeric. In the southern side coconut plays an important role. It will be used in all kinds of dishes. People use coconut oil, milk, and meat. They believe that it can reduce the heat of chili soups. It is also used by them for decorating purpose in food dishes. Today Thailand is well known for boiling recipes but in the 17th century black sprinkle are used by the people. Thai people also tried with native materials with the new people who came to their country to have different flavors in their recipes. In the earlier days Thai people used their hands while eating their food but now they are using spoons, and forks.  Normally Thai food should be taken with one dish or with some rice. The items which should not miss are stir fried chicken; meat is spicy coconut cream, papaya salad, chicken soup, green curry and spicy shrimp soup. There are some debates found that really traditional Thai food has any healthy benefits, it is true because all the recipes are prepared with garlic, and some herbs. So it is good for health and when you eat traditional Thai food, you will feel the difference your joint pain, headaches or some other problems will be cured easily!
