Sorting out your Priorities and Outsourcing jobs

A mistake that many people make when starting online is that they focus on the wrong things. The Wrong things are anything that take up people's time and attention but doesn't make them any money. Lots of people waste to much time on sites like facebook and twitter- what are a thousand random followers or facebook friends going to do for you? unless they are in your target market...Which may be a good start but can you really spend all your time trying to build individual relationships with hundreds of people?. It waste your time and energy, and you'll often find that with pages such as twitter, anymore than 2000 followers and your messages dissapear off the page before anyone gets a chance to read them.

buying into loads of "listbuilding strategies" and downloading loads of free reports isnt going to benefit you either

None of the things I've mentioned so far are exactly bad and Should definitely have a place in the arsenal of every online marketer, but should not be at the top of the list when figuring out how to use your time. So what activities should be the top of your priority list when it comes to online marketing then?


1. Start creating your own products and services.Obviously. These can be physical or digital products, or think about what your good at- your skill sets. you could probably charge as a service for what you know.

2. After you've came up with your product or service, try to establish an affiliate program for it or use sites such as PayDotCom.com and Clickbank.com. Don't just leave it at thats, Create a great sales page, a series of email newsletters, banners, ads for your affiliates to use so they will be encouraged to  promote your program- the less work they have to do, the better it will be for you and your affiliates

3. Contact other successful product owners in your market area- or your competition. they may be your competition but perhaps their program offers something that yours doesnt and vice versa. they compliment eachother, between you, you could make a mega package.

4. Constantly learn new skills by reading as much as possible online and offline. If you are serious about your business,you shouldnt mind investing in it. Books written by successful salespeople are a great investment. the idea is you emulate their success. do the things they do, surround yourself with the things they surround theirselves in. Even if you read a few books a year you'll be better off for it- keep studying them.

you might want to consider outsourcing, it will cost some money, but will also  save you time and the enormous increase in productive output. Take a look at every successful internet marketer, they usually outsource as much as possible so they can focus, purely on marketing and testing, its a way of life. if you dont have the money to do this, manage your time accodingly and get on with what you need to do, you don't want to wear yourself out but you need to be moving forward every day.

Therefore, if you want to succeed with your web business and online marketing, focus on the important things. Manage time, prioritize what's important and spend only a small amount each day in the things of lesser priority, such as thesocial marketing sites. This way you'll be steadily growing your business online
