Legazpi City, August 15, 2008 – Gabriel Libacao, an expert in search engine optimization (SEO), recognizes the importance of optimizing the use of search engines and in order to spread the knowledge to his fellow Filipinos, he will be conducting one of the most comprehensive SEO training in partnership with Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation, Inc (SLTCFI). The training will be held on August 26, 2008 at SLTCFI building in Legazpi.
One can never deny the fact that technology has drastically evolved through time particularly the web. But people have found ways on how to make it more effective and provide Internet users with more relevant information through SEO. The objective of the training is to help students, particularly fresh graduates, as well as professionals to obtain knowledge about how the Internet works and how one can make a difference through it.
Search engine optimization, or simply SEO, is the method of increasing the quality and the volume of traffic in a website. In order to achieve this, the search engine optimizer must first address the problem, devise a solution, and work out strategies to help further optimize the site and stay ahead of its game. A deeper understanding of the web is an advantage especially for beginners because this gives a picture of the web and how it works. That’s what Libacao, the Makati-based SEO expert, aims for. To help people understand SEO better, Libacao and SLTCFI will deliver the information through a comprehensive training program. Libacao will be joined by this year’s junior SEO, Almer Viloria.
The scope of the training includes the fundamentals of the web such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. After knowing the fundamentals, actual SEO training will be conducted by the said SEO specialists.
SEO is challenging and anyone who’s got the passion for it can truly succeed. But not everybody is given the opportunity. Accordingly, anyone who’s willing to learn about SEO is invited to join the training. Who knows you might soon be one of the best SEOs in the Philippines.
