Corporate Uses for Soft Sided Cases

Soft sided cases are bags, totes or canvas cases that can be used to transport or carry items. Often soft sided cases are used for promotion by businesses. Soft sided cases that are customized to the dimensions and aesthetic of any business can be an effective marketing tool. Soft sided cases can be screen printed or embroidered with a company logo, phone number and slogan, to leave a lasting impression on the user and those who view the case. Many businesses choose to provide clients and customers with a personalized soft sided case to give them a sense of being valued. Conference attendees, potential sales leads and trade show visitors are all common recipients of a custom soft sided case.

Branded soft sided cases can be used within businesses as well. Many companies provide employees with a company soft sided case which is branded with the identity of the company. Carry-on soft sided cases for professionals that travel frequently is an application for a soft case. This branding helps to provide employees with a feeling that they are connected to the establishment. Also, when the soft sided case is taken off site, the logo and company information is displayed to new eyes, further enhancing the brand recognition and promotion of a business.

Soft cases can be made of many materials beyond traditional canvas including vinyl, nylon, corduroy or leather. They can be constructed using custom sewing, and then screen printed, foil stamped or embroidered. Most soft sided cases are created by custom bag contractors who can design and create a soft case that meets your requirements.  Additional features commonly added to a soft sided case include, custom foam inserts, divider systems, handles, pockets, straps and even wheels. Whether you need a simple bag or backpack, or whether you need a durable recreational case, a soft sided case contractor will be able to execute a design.
