Women are born to love beauty and it seems to be their duty to keep beauty. They make efforts to be as beautiful as possible, such as doing yoga, having nutriment, and so on. In order to be pretty, they have spent lots of money and time.

In fact, it can be not so expensive and tired to keep beauty, here, let's look at the four most ordinary food that can make you beautiful.

Milk

Most of us have known that milk plays an important role in whitening our skins, but we hardly know that milk can protect our fingernails. When we are malnourished, fingernails are so fragile to fracture easily. At this moment, a glass of milk everyday is efficient to stop fracturing, since the milk has carried large number of Calcium and gums.


Fruits

Fruits are the pretty food to stay healthy, so are to keep beauty. We know that fruits contain enzyme to help people keep healthy and beautiful. If we hope to make the enzyme function well in our body, we should take the eating time into consideration. Eating the fruits in the morning, the fruits we have are as valuable as gold; eating at noon, the value is equal to silver; and on night, the fruits only have the value as the copper has. Therefore, it's better to have fruits after the breakfast, for the sake of the optimized value and the better assimilation.

Water

Water can be no more common to us; meanwhile, it's the nourishment we are most easily to neglect. Before taking a bath, please drink a bottle of water, because you'll lose lots of water in your body while bathing. Drinking the water can guarantee every cell to absorb water, and make your skin bright luster.

Honey

With the coming of winter, our lips usually tend to be dry and shed the skin. This moment, bee honey will prove that it's the nourishment to keep your beauty. If you smear some honey on your lips carefully, then several days latter, you would find your lips are smooth and tender again.
