For homemade hand cream mix together to a smooth paste one teaspoon each of soft shortening, petroleum jelly, almond oil. Three teaspoons of lanoline, two teaspoons of glycerin and lime juice. Half teaspoon of lemon extract. This hand cream is simply wonderful and will magically soften and moisturize your for dry, chaffed skin. Rosewater night creams
Take one fourth cup of rose water.
Take half cup of almond oil.
Half teaspoon of sodium benzoate.
Thirty grams of white wax.
Melt the wax along with almond over a low flame. Add rose water and cool the mixture. Add benzoate and leave it for setting in a refrigerator for a day. This is good for dry skin.
